At Bayan Jewelry, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and precision. Since our jewelry is made by skilled artisans, slight variations in size, weight, or finish may naturally occur-this is what makes each piece unique.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned along with the original certificate and packaging
Refund Process
- Once we receive the product, our quality control team will inspect the item.
- After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after deducting:
- Applicable making charges and taxes
- A shipping fee of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost (whichever is lower)
Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certificate Requirement
- Returning the original certificate is mandatory.
- In case of certificate loss, the certificate cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notes
- Products that have been altered or repaired by a third-party jeweler are not eligible for return or refund, and any associated benefits will be void.
- Bayan Jewelry reserves the right to revise the product value after inspection, if required.
International Orders
- Returns, exchanges, and upgrades are not applicable for international orders.
