For newly made pieces, standard shipping takes around 7–8 days to dispatch. Additional delivery time may apply depending on the logistics partner, pincode, and location.

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all certificates included. Personalised or engraved pieces are made to order and are not eligible for return.

Yes. Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds — the only difference is their origin. Each one is graded on the same 4Cs (cut, colour, clarity and carat) and comes with independent SGL certification.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, and keep it away from perfume, lotion and water where possible. Clean gently with a soft cloth, and bring it in for periodic professional cleaning to maintain its shine.

All our jewellery goes through an anti-tarnish process to help protect it and reduce tarnishing.

That said, silver jewellery can naturally tarnish over time depending on wear and tear, climate, exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, and how the jewellery is stored and cared for.
