Eligibility:

1. Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

2. Applicable only to ready-made, non-customised jewelry.

3. Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

4. Original invoice, packaging, and certification must be returned.
