For ready-to-ship pieces, orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving full payment. Once shipped, delivery can take up to 3–4 days, depending on the pincode and location.

For newly made silver jewellery pieces, the standard dispatch timeline is approximately 7–8 days from the order date. Additional delivery time may apply depending on the logistics partner, pincode, and location.

On rare occasions, the delivery timeline may vary due to technical, production, or logistical considerations. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping timelines and charges may vary depending on the destination and logistics partner. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Refunds are not applicable for international shipments.

4. Original invoice, packaging, and certification must be returned.
