Bayan Jewelry products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans employing a range of both straightforward and intricate techniques. Please note that the items you receive may exhibit slight variations in size or dimensions compared to the images displayed on the website.
You have an option to return the products within the initial ten days from the date of delivery, with a deduction of applicable taxes.
Bayan Jewelry applies a modest shipping fee of 2% of the product’s value or the actual shipping cost, whichever is lower.
The return of the certificate is mandatory. In case of certificate loss, there will be a deduction of the certificate cost.
The balance amount will be issued as a store credit for future purchases for up to a year.
Bayan Jewelry cannot accept any product that has been altered by a third-party jeweler. Additionally, any benefits associated with the product will be voided in such cases.
Bayan Jewelry retains the authority to adjust the product’s valuation following a quality inspection.

You have the option of exchange or upgrade your jewelry at any point in the future.
An amount equal to 20% of the invoice value will be withheld, while the remaining sum will be issued as store credit.
In case of product damage, missing stones or certificate, a corresponding amount will be subtracted from the exchange value.
If the exchange value surpasses the value of the original product, the customer will be responsible for covering the price difference.
If the exchanged value is lower than the value of the original product, the remaining difference will be retained as a credit for future purchases for up to a year.
